  2. 02

Choose one combined PDF or separate page files.

  3. 03

Download and check the selected pages.

Extract a section or separate every page

Choose Selected pages in one PDF for a shorter document. Choose One PDF per page for a ZIP containing a separate PDF for every selected page. The original is not changed.

Page selection examples

Enter 1, 3-5 for pages 1, 3, 4 and 5. Leave the field empty for all pages. Numbers refer to positions starting at 1, even if printed page labels differ. Repeated numbers are included once. A selection such as 5, 1-2 puts page 5 first in combined output. Descending ranges such as 5-2 are rejected.

To share only a quotation's specification, extract its relevant pages and check that the recipient still has the necessary context. This does not redact information or remove hidden material within a page. Limits are 20 MB and 100 pages. Forms, attachments, bookmarks and digital signatures may not survive restructuring.
