Tell us which tool you used, your browser and device, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot of the error message can help, but remove private information first.

Please do not email private PDFs, images, Wi-Fi passwords or other sensitive input. We can usually start with the file type, approximate size and a description of the issue.
